We encourage faculty from all departments to invite their students to participate in LaGuardia’s 7th Undergraduate Research Day event. What is a digital badge?

A digital badge is a visual representation of knowledge and skills you have developed through particular learning experiences.

Digital badges can be earned at LaGuardia and displayed on ePortfolio and LinkedIn to help showcase achievements in ways that resumes, CVs, and even college transcripts fail to communicate.

To apply for one or more Digital Badges please complete the Digital Badges Student Application Form by May 29, 2024. As part of your badge application, you will be asked to reflect on your Undergraduate Research Day Conference experience. Please aim to submit your badge application shortly after the event.

Please note that we will contact your faculty mentor, on your behalf, for a testimonial supporting your critical thinking and teamwork abilities, once you submit your badge application.
