About
Les Polk has worked in emergency medical services (EMS) for 20 years. He has served as an EMT, Paramedic, educator, and leader in EMS organizations in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. He currently serves as National Director of Clinical Excellence for DocGo and Ambulnz by DocGo. He has received an associate in applied science from Union County College in Plainfield, NJ and completed his paramedic education at the Freda and Robert N. Brown Paramedic Program with clinical sponsorship from RWJBH. He has received a bachelor of science in natural science with a concentration in biology and a minor in music from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA. He completed Graduate Coursework in Biomedical Sciences from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He has received a master of science in health science from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. concentrating in EMS Leadership. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt and a Fellow of the American College of Paramedic Executives and a Certified Instructor Coordinator by the New York State Department of Health Division of State EMS.
