You’re determined to graduate.
We’re here to help you stay on track.
Unexpected, short-term financial barriers shouldn’t get in the way of your academic success. Whether you need help paying for a MetroCard and textbooks, or other school-related expenses, our Emergency Fund Program can provide you the relief you need to stay focused on your goals through LaGuardia's Emergency Financial Aid.
How do I apply?
Whether you’ve had a loss of income, need support to pay for rent and utilities, food, tuition, textbooks, healthcare, or other expenses, you can apply for emergency assistance. After completing the Emergency Financial Aid application, Student Financial Services will determine your eligibility for various types of assistance.
