A de-stress event for students to unwind as the end of the Spring semester approaches. Students will have the option to select from a range of arts and crafts activities to relieve any mental or physical stress they may be experiencing. Register for this event. A pop-up event that allows students to join the community to learn about the benefits of mindfulness meditation. Practice a guided meditation and engage in community.
