Understanding Depression: Peer Support Group

Join this 4–5 week interactive peer support group and have an opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of depression focused on mental health awareness and support. Topics include the biology of mental health, practical coping skills, ways to support yourself and loved ones experiencing depression, and strategies for building a healthier relationship with yourself.
- Week 1: Psychoeducation on depression
- Week 2: Developing coping skills
- Week 3: Behavioral activation & goal setting
- Week 4: Supporting others with depression / Asking for support
- Week 5 (if applicable): Group summary & closing Structure: Open Group- no registration needed
