Buddy Builders

Do you consider yourself to be shy, or have a hard time introducing yourself to new people or making new friends?

Join the the Wellness Center’s weekly socialization group, Buddy Builders— a safe space for students to come and hang out and socialize together. The group will be led by a facilitator and will consist of low pressure activities, games, and other ways to practice social skills. All activities will be optional and groups will be drop in style – you can come and go as you please!
