Tai Chi is an Alternative Wellness Class offered by the Wellness Center. This interactive workshop is designed for beginners with little or no prior experience in Tai Chi. Participants will learn about breath awareness and how to align body movements with breathing patterns. The class is open to all faculty, staff, and students.
Join us every Thursday in the E-Building, Room E-155, located in the swimming pool area. Please wear loose clothing.
