December 12, 2025: LaGuardia is donating hardwood floors from its century-old C-Building to local businesses as part of a major renovation at 29-10 Thomson Ave. The project will transform two floors into a workforce development hub, funded by a $116 million grant from the Steven and Alexandra Cohen Foundation. “We’re striving to be good stewards of New York City and the world,” said project architect Kate Reggev, AIA.
