Join Showing Up for Racial Justice (SURJ) and the CUNY Rising Alliance (CRA) for a screening of The Five Demands, a film that highlights a powerful student-led movement for racial equity at City College and public higher education more broadly. Enjoy free popcorn and soda and a post-screening discussion with Rosalind McLymont, one of the students involved in the movement, about concrete ways we can apply lessons from the 1969 student uprising to struggles for educational equity at CUNY today!
