Strong Bones, Strong Life: Preventing Osteoporosis Through Exercise & Nutrition

This 1-hour session empowers college students with practical knowledge and habits to support lifelong bone health. Through engaging visuals, real-life scenarios, and interactive activities, students will explore how exercise and nutrition play a critical role in preventing osteoporosis—starting now, not later.
