Students will meet with representatives from the New York City College of Technology (City Tech) to learn about opportunities to transfer to City Tech’s Biomedical Informatics baccalaureate program.
This program is designed to prepare the new generation of biomedical and healthcare workers (students like you!) to meet the challenges of today and of the future. Students will learn about molecular bioinformatics, centered on the use of conformational and genomic data to elucidate biological phenomena. It also covers the study of health informatics, focused on the secure electronic storage, retrieval, and use of biomedical information in healthcare delivery and research using AI.
We’ll also talk a bit about the paid one-week summer internship for those interested in molecular modeling.
