LaGuardia Alumni Artist Lecture Series and Portfolio Review: CHIKA KOBARI

Born in Japan and raised in NYC, CHIKA KOBARI is a photographer and retoucher. Her career in the arts and commercial photography spans 15 years. She’s had a unique career that enabled her to pursue many passions. Her work can be seen in major international publications and brands such as NY Times, Elle, Nylon, Teen Vogue, So-en Japan, Giant, Misses, Alexander Wang, and Calvin Klein. She is a passionate retoucher and owner of Cloak Studio – a post-production / retouching / fine art printing service.
