Intersectionality of Religion, LGBTQ+ identity and Suicide

Join the Psychology Club in a virtual conversation with LaGuardia Queer AF and Elmhurst Hospital’s Elmhurst Suicide Prevention in Youth (ESPY) on the impact of religion and culture on LGBTQ+ young people’s suicidal ideation.

Students will get an opportunity to chat with ESPY’s researchers on the work they do to help an underserved population through community outreach and clinical studies as well as share their own experiences through this open conversation.
