Are your emotions getting the best of you and your relationships? Empower yourself by taking charge of your emotional life with our weekly Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) informed skills group. Joining the group can help you: identify and process intense emotions, learn the art of being present, manage conflict and tolerate distress. A short intake session will be conducted prior to the start of the group.
