Healthcare Beyond Borders

Healthcare Beyond Borders will feature a short documentary titled Healthcare Beyond Borders: NYC Edition. The documentary explores the experiences of undocumented students navigating pathways into the healthcare field. It highlights both systemic barriers and the resilience of students who aspire to serve their communities despite these challenges.

This screening would aim to raise awareness and provide an opportunity to discuss the Empire Licensing Bill, which seeks to expand access to professional licensing for all New Yorkers, regardless of their immigration status.
