Government Contracting I “Doing Business with the Government”

Please join us to learn why businesses work with government agencies and how to identify contracting opportunities. The session will cover what the federal government purchases, certification qualifications and procedures for set-aside programs—including socially and economically disadvantaged businesses, women-owned businesses, Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone), and service-disabled veteran-owned businesses—as well as marketing to government agencies, subcontracting opportunities, developing a capability statement, and available resources and assistance.
