Go Red 2024

February 1 @ 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

Join us in observing American Heart Month this February as we unite in the collective mission to eliminate heart disease and stroke by fostering awareness about cardiovascular health and saving lives.

This year’s focus revolves around the theme of Health Equity Impact, aiming to dismantle barriers and ensure that everyone can lead a full and healthy life.

Discover the crucial warning signs of heart attacks and strokes to empower yourself and others.

Additionally, take advantage of the opportunity to receive FREE NON-Certified CPR training with The New York Fire Department Mobile CPR Unit at 10 am in the Poolside Cafe. Learn essential Stop the Bleed Tourniquet techniques with New York Presbyterian Hospital in the E Atrium, starting at 10 am.

As an added benefit, various insurance enrollers will be present to address any queries and assist you in enrolling in an insurance plan. Your health matters, and we look forward to having you join us for this informative and empowering event.
