Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Training, is an evidence-based training designed to help participants identify and assist students and other members of the community who may be struggling with a mental health challenge. This training gives you the skills you need to feel confident in your ability to reach out and provide initial support to someone in need. Participants will receive a nationally recognized Mental Health First Aid certification upon completion of the training.
