The mission of the Brooklyn-Queens-Long Island Area Health Education Center (BQLI-AHEC) is to enhance healthcare outcomes in underserved areas by developing education, mentoring, and training programs. Our goal is to increase the number of skilled providers dedicated to serving underserved communities.
The primary objective of the upcoming event is to host an informational session about the AHEC Scholars Internship Program and provide valuable resources. This session is specifically tailored for students pursuing a health career major, as these are the individuals we consider for the program.
