Dear LaGuardia Community,
On Wednesday, November 30 at 9:30 a.m., I will be moderating a panel discussion with New York City Comptroller Brad Lander in room E-500. I invite all LaGuardia students, faculty, and staff to attend this discussion to learn more about our New York City government, politics, and finance.
Comptroller Lander serves as our city’s budget watchdog and chief accountability officer. He has a background in community organizing and was first elected to the City Council in 2009. He co-founded the Council’s Progressive Caucus.
