To support institutional effectiveness, planning, and assessment activities, the Office of Institutional Research and Effectiveness (OIRE) hosts publicly available and login-required dashboards. The dashboards provide multi-year summary data on a variety of metrics for the college, including student and employee data and operational practices/process in support of the strategic plan.
LaGuardia Public Dashboards
The publicly available dashboards can be accessed with or without a CUNYFirst/LaGuardia login. These dashboards provide high-level information on key topics important to stakeholders.

Student Outcomes Dashboards
LaGuardia Internal Dashboards
Access to LaGuardia internal dashboards is limited to employees who have been granted a Tableau Server license. These dashboards require a CUNYFirst/LaGuardia login. The total number of licenses is limited, which means that requests for access are granted based on a user’s primary function at the college, including certain administrative staff and academic department chairs.
Faculty and staff with a license can access the dashboards here using their CUNYFirst login.
LaGuardia faculty and staff without a license can:
- Request a Tableau License to access our internal dashboards
- Complete an OIRE Service Request form to request specific data
