CUNY Start is an intensive 18-week program that offers both part time and full time classes in academic reading, writing and math for new, incoming students who have not passed 2 or more of the CUNY placement/assessment exams. The CUNY Start program, which costs only $75 including books, allows students to save financial aid for credit courses and offers academic advisement.
Math Start is CUNY Start’s 8-week math intensive that prepares students for success in college by fostering their full math potential.
