Nina Krouse - Computer Teacher

I am the computer teacher for All classes. I have worked as a computer instructor for several summers with the S.I.E.L.P. Teaching and computers are my profession now. I have taught junior and high school classes in public schools. I have conducted adult and college level courses in the field of computer as well as G.E.D. (high school equivalency) instruction for young and older adults, and I work with student with disabilities. My college training Is in biomedical engineering. Bioengineering deal with imaging the human body, designing medical equipment and electronics, and now cloning and genetic engineering.

Mayra Cedeno - Computer Teacher

Hi everybody!!! My name is Mayra. This is my fourth year in this program as a computer teacher and computer technician. I am in charge of this beautiful website with the leaders. I'm a currently a senior student at Queens College majored in computer science. I am from Manta, Ecuador. I identify myself a lot with the students because I went through the same experience of learning a new language and getting used to a different style of life. Working in SIELP is fun. I wish the program was longer than six weeks.
