THE LAGUARDIA YOUTH CENTER FOR ENGINEERING EXCELLENCE, offers high school students the opportunity to explore and to develop their interest in engineering and science in an after school program. Under the supervision of talented and experienced faculty, students will engage in hands-on engineering projects such as building robots, environmental projects, Mechatronics, prototyping and CATIA designs, as well as computer science projects.

Math Regents TutoringEach student will have access to Math Regents Tutoring, help and tutoring for LaGuardia’s placement test, a summer intensive program and summer internships at LaGuardia.

BRIDGE FROM HIGH SCHOOL TO COLLEGELYCEE acts as a bridge between high school and college. Participating students get advice and counseling about college applications, financial aid, engineering and science
majors and careers.

LYCEE provides bilingual information to prospective students and their parents about requirements and opportunities in post-secondary mechatronics/engineering careers.
Our faculty is fluent in Spanish, Russian, French, Chinese, Bengali and Arabic.
