Which learning community is right for me?

You should select your learning community based on your writing placement test score:

  1. You have placed into ESL 098 or ESL 099: you may take the ESL New Student House or one of the ESL pairs or clusters.
  2. You have placed into ENG 099 (Basic Writing): you should take a first year academy cluster in one of three areas: choose the academy that matches your major: Allied Health; Business and Technology; Liberal Arts.
  3. You have placed into English 101 (English Composition): if you are a liberal arts or liberal arts and sciences major, you should take a Liberal Arts Cluster.

ONCE YOU HAVE FOUND THE RIGHT LEARNING COMMUNITY COPY DOWN THE SINGLE REGISTRATION CODE FOR THIS CLUSTER OR PAIR.  ONCE YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED, THAT CODE IS ALL YOU WILL NEED TO REGISTER FOR THE LEARNING COMMUNITY.
