The Performing Arts Area includes courses
in Dance, Music and Theatre. These courses are offered to students
with little or no experience, and those with previous experience
in these areas. Courses are offered in Guitar. Piano, Wind Instruments,
and Voice, as well as those in Acting. Creative Drama (Improvisation),
The New York Theatre Experience, and in Theatrical Dance (Modern,
Jazz, Ethnic, Ballet and historical survey).
Practice rooms are available
for student practice, and a modern, computer equipped electronic
piano lab is also available.
