        Responsibilities:

        • Greet all visitors with a courteous/professional demeanor

        • Record no-show appointments using Excel and Google Calendar 
        • Assume routine office duties: Answer phones, route calls, take messages, check emails, type documents, replenish office forms, make copies, scan and file as needed.
        • Retrieve and deliver packages/flyers to other departments 
        • Assist in keeping tutoring center organized, and encouraging a learning environment 
        • Keep front desk staff and supervisor informed of day to day needs

        Qualifications and Education Requirements:

        • Minimum 3.0  GPA and 2 credits
        • Professional, punctual and dependable (lateness not allowed)
        • Able to commit to a set schedule of at least 15-20 hours a week
        • Preferred schedule: Mon-Thurs: Anytime between 10am-5pm
