    Fall 2016

    All Pell eligible students who submitted their financial aid documentation by July, 15 2016 may be eligible for a Book Advance check provided there is a balance on record after the deduction of tuition and fees. This will allow you to purchase books at any bookstore you choose. 

     
    A check will be generated and mailed to you or directly deposited into your account.  The disbursement schedule is as follows:

    September 2nd for eligible students with records processed by July 1, 2016 

    September 9th for eligible students with records processed by July 15, 2016

    Please note:  A Book Advance check is an advance against your processed Pell award.  A deduction will be made against your Fall 2016 Pell check. 

       

     All eligible students must have:

               1. Completed their 2016-2017  Financial Aid application
               2. Submitted their financial aid documentation by April 15, 2016
               3. A Pell balance on record
