3. Pay Your Tuition Bill – Finalize Financial Aid or Make Payment
- Your registration is not finalized until your tuition bill has been settled.
- Remember to check your balance in eSIMS every time you change your classes. And, be prepared to pay the balance by your payment due date.
- Visit the Bursar’s webpage for all payment deadlines and payment methods.
- The Financial Aid Award posted on your tuition bill is only an estimate until after classes begin and certification is completed. You must register for classes in your major and complete verification requirements to ensure you receive the aid you have been awarded.
- If your estimated financial aid award is less than the total cost of your tuition and fees, you must pay the remaining balance. You can do this by cash, check, money order, credit card, eCHECK, or the Sallie Mae/AMS Monthly Tuition Payment Plan. See the Bursar webpage for details.
- Payment of balances of $200 or more is due by the payment due date. If you do not clear your balance by this date your registration will be cancelled. You will have to re-register for classes in order to attend the Fall semester. After registering again, you will have a new payment due date.
4. Check your classroom assignments
- Tentative classroom assignments will be posted about 4 to 6 weeks before each session begins. Log into your eSIMS to view the final classroom assignments several days before the opening day of classes.
5. Keep Your Contact Information Up-To-Date with the College!

- Answer the two simple questions and then click the SUBMIT button to record your updates.
