Outstanding Balances
In accordance with CUNY policy, students with outstanding tuition balances are not permitted to register for a subsequent semester or receive academic records/transcripts. All prior balances must be paid in full before registering for a subsequent semester.
In compliance with the regulations of the City University of New York regarding registration and collection of tuition and fees, LaGuardia Community College has implemented the following policy for registration and bill payment:
Paying Your Tuition Bill - Fall 2009 Session II
If you register on or before December 13, 2009
PAYMENT FOR FALL 2009 SESSION II IS DUE BY THE CLOSE OF BUSINESS ON:
TUESDAY, DECEMBER 15, 2009
FOR LAST NAMES BEGINNING WITH LETTERS A-L
AND
Wednessday, December 16th, 2009
FOR LAST NAMES BEGINNING WITH LETTERS M-Z
IMPORTANT: STUDENTS THAT OWE $200.00 OR MORE AND DO NOT SETTLE THEIR TUITION BILL BY THE SCHEDULED DUE DATE BELOW, WILL HAVE THEIR REGISTRATION CANCELLED.

*If you register during late registration, payment is due immediately.
Please note: If you do not plan to attend Fall 2009 Session II, it is your responsibility to drop your classes prior to Monday, January 4, 2010 to avoid any fees as stated in the college policy.
***IMPORTANT***
If you do not make full payment on your tuition and fees and other college bills and your account is sent to a collection agency, you will be responsible for all collection costs, including agency fees, attorney fees and court costs, in addition to any amount(s) you owe the college.
In addition, non-payment or a default judgment against your account may be reported to a credit bureau and reflected in your credit report.

IF YOU REGISTER AFTER NOVEMBER 20TH, 2009, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PRINT YOUR BILL UTILIZING YOUR CUNY PORTAL ACCOUNT. NO BILLS WILL BE MAILED AFTER NOVEMBER 20TH, 2009.
