Publications

The college has many publications. The Bridge is the student newspaper. Students are encouraged to volunteer to write, edit, photograph, sell advertising space and contribute in other ways to this publication.  LiveWire is the monthly newsletter for faculty and staff.

Library Notes is a semiannual publication by our Library Media Resources Center.  Faculty & Staff Notes recognizes and acknowledges the latest professional contributions of our outstanding faculty and staff. It is published annually by the Committee on Professional Development.

New York Stories is a nationally distributed literary magazine, founded in 1998 and housed in LaGuardia. They publish contemporary short fiction, set anywhere, essays dealing with New York City and interviews with established writers and film directors. They also host author readings at the beautiful South Street Seaport Museum Gallery throughout the year.
