LaGuardia Community College Foundation Scholarships are made possible by contributions from generous donors who believe that deserving students like you should have a quality education without the financial burden. If you are eligible, the Foundation offers support to assist you with the rising cost of tuition, textbooks, transportation and fees associated with attending college. Scholarships are awarded based on financial need, academic performance, community service, and extracurricular activities. Scholarship applications are accepted on a rolling basis, so students needing financial assistance are encouraged to apply.
The 2017-2018 LaGuardia Foundation Scholarship application is now closed and the awarding process for Fall 2017 is complete. If you have already submitted an application for the 2017-2018 academic year, you may still be considered for an award in Spring 2018 after your enrollment has been verified. Please visit this page after April 1, 2018 when we will begin accepting applications for the 2018-2019 academic year. If you have questions about LaGuardia Foundation scholarships, please email Diana Hernandez at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Who is eligible to apply for a Foundation Scholarship?
Note: Students who are already receiving full-tuition support from a LaGuardia/CUNY program (i.e. ASAP) are not eligible for a Foundation scholarship. Students who are DREAMers are encouraged to visit www.thedream.us for more information on scholarship opportunities.
