Over 50% of the students entering LaGuardia Community College are high school students. It’s because we’re known to foster the boldness of our youth, encouraging students to question, take risks and push boundaries. To this end we have several programs tailored to our adapting first-timers.
But they won’t get here on their own, and the process takes a lot of hard work and dedication. So before they’re ready to take charge, here is some useful information that will help you guide your students through the route to a higher-learning institution.
A high school student that is entering LaGuardia directly after their high school graduation is a Freshman Applicant. High school students that earned college credit in high school are still Freshman Applicants. Programs
