From Long Island: Take the LIE (495) westbound and watch for Queens College signs. For the main gate, get off at Exit 24 (Kissena Boulevard). Make a left at the light onto Kissena Boulevard.
From Manhattan: Take the LIE eastbound (495) and watch for Queens College signs. Get off at Exit 24 (Kissena Boulevard).
The Summit Apartments located at Queens College will be available for overnight accommodations for LaGuardia faculty, staff, graduates and guests attending the commencement ceremony on June 13.Check in is Sunday, June 12 only, not before. Pricing to stay overnight is $125/night for a suite or $65/night for 1 bed in a shared suite.
Please visit the Summit website for reservations. Be sure to indicate that you are attending the LaGuardia Community College graduation on June 13. Your reservation must be completed by May 30, 2016.
Queens College has allocated 575 parking spots on their campus for guests (graduates and their families, faculty and staff) attending LaGuardia’s Commencement Ceremony on June 13. The charge is $10.00 per car.
You may purchase a parking spot for your vehicle at the LaGuardia Bursar’s Office, Room C-110, during regular business hours:
Parking will be sold on a first-come,
first-served basis. Sales will begin
Wednesday, April 20th until all the spots are sold.
The Bursar’s Office will provide you with a printed receipt which must
be presented to the Queens College Security Guard at Gate 2 (located on
Melbourne Avenue) or Gate 3 (located on Reeves Avenue). You will exchange your printed receipt for a
